No, the choice is always yours. If you purchase an annual license, at the end of the year, you decide whether to renew or not. If you purchase on a monthly subscription basis, it is entirely pay as you go project management software. If you cancel, you'll be charged only for the current month.

8. Do you offer refunds?

We put a lot of effort up-front providing training, support and implementation consulting - we make sure you are well taken care-off. Because of that, we don't offer any refunds.
