Vertabase Acquires Accomplice Task Management Software

by Mark Phillips - July 9th, 2008:: No Comments

We are pleased to announce the acquisition of Accomplice task management software and to welcome the over 30,000 registered users to the Vertabase community.

Accomplice has been called the “Nirvana of Organization” and reaching “Holy Grail Status” of task management.

Here’s a link to the press release on the acquisition and there’s a ton of information on the product on the Accomplice site.

But briefly, Accomplice is a patented Windows desktop application that works both online and offline. It gives busy professionals an amazingly simple and effective way to manage their to-do’s, goals, and notes, and then synchronize them with their teams. Activities can be sub-tasked, prioritized, scheduled, delegated and tracked. Supporting information - emails, documents, rich text and web links - can be turned into notes and linked to activities.

Accomplice can integrate seemlessly with Microsoft Outlook, and synchronizes with PDAs and smart phones. With Accomplice, task management and assignment is as easy as email, but much more effective.

It is a great application and a great addition to the Vertabase line of project management software and productivity tools.
